Haydon Corporation (collectively, “Haydon,” “we”, “us” or “our”) knows that privacy is very important to you. We have created this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) to describe what kinds of information we may obtain through our website located at haydoncorp.com (the “Website”) and when you interact with us in any other way.
By accessing and/or using the Website, or otherwise manifesting your consent to this Privacy Policy, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Use, which together make up the Agreement. If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) all of the terms of this Privacy Policy or any other terms of the Agreement, you may not access or use the Website.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in our Terms of Use.

I. The Information We Collect
We may collect or receive the following types of information from or about you, which may include personal information.
A. Contact Information
When you contact us through the Website, by email or by mail, when you call us, or if you would like to download a product submittal package, you will be asked to provide your information which may include but shall not be limited to, your name, email address, phone number, company name, company address, shipping address, and any information you provide in messages to us (“Contact Information”).
We store your information, including but not limited to, your Contact Information in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to help our sales and customer support team manage our relationships with current or prospective clients and customers.
B. Registered User Account Information
Registered User Accounts: In order to access and/or use certain password-protected areas of the Website, you will have to sign-up by creating an account (“Registered User Account”). In order to create a Registered User Account, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, business contact information such as position/title, company name, company address and product preferences. We reserve the right to accept or decline any request to open a Registered User Account in our sole and absolute discretion.
User Content: Registered Users can submit User Content through their Registered User Account, including but not limited to, submittal packages which may include PDFs of products they are interested in along with quantities of the products they are interested in ordering.
C. Quote Request Information
In order to request a quote from Haydon, Registered Users will be asked to provide certain information including but not limited to, products for which the quote is requested, quantities of such products, bill to information, due date for the requested quote, shipping information, expected ship date, whether it is a “bid” or “buy” order, and freight requested (collectively, the “Quote Request Information”).
D. Information Obtained Automatically from Online Activity
Tracking Technologies: When you access or use our Website, we use browser cookies, pixels, web server logs, web beacons, and similar technologies (collectively, “Tracking Technologies”) to automatically collect or receive certain standard technical information and other data (such as traffic data, location data, logs and other communications data) sent to us by your computer, mobile device, tablet, or any other device you may use over time on our Website, and/or for your online activity across third party websites, apps, online services, digital properties and devices. We may also evaluate your computer, mobile phone, or other access device to identify any malicious software or activity that may affect the availability of the Website.

II. Information Obtained From Other Sources
SMS Text Messages: If you call us in order to receive a quote, you will be asked to elect to receive SMS text messages from us that will direct you to the form on our Website that you can use to submit a request for a quote. To the extent you voluntarily opt to have SMS notifications sent directly to your mobile phone, we receive and store the information you provide, including your telephone number or when you read a text message. By opting-in to receive SMS text messages from us, you acknowledge that messaging and data rates may apply depending on your phone service provider. You may opt out of receiving SMS text messages at any time by texting “STOP” in response to the text messages you receive. However, by opting-out of receiving text messages, you may not be able to use the full functionality of the Website.

Update Information: Registered Users may correct, update, or delete some of their personal information directly in their respective Registered Users Accounts or contact us as set forth in Section XII of this Privacy Policy. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process all such requests in a timely manner. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our databases. Additionally, we will retain and use your information (or copies thereof) as necessary to comply with our legal and/or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you disclose information to third parties, the use and disclosure restrictions contained in this Privacy Policy will not apply, as we do not control the privacy policies of such third parties, nor are we subject to them. External Properties: The Website may also contain links to other third-party websites or apps (“External Properties”). We have no control over the privacy practices or the content of any of our business partners, advertisers, sponsors, or External Properties to which we provide links. We do not knowingly collect or receive personal information from children under the age of 18 through the Website. As discussed above, third parties such as advertising networks and analytics providers may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you access or use the Website. Currently, various browsers offer a “Do Not Track” option, but there is no standard for commercial websites. At this time, we do not monitor, recognize, or honor any opt-out or do not track mechanisms, including general web browser “Do Not Track” settings and/or signals.
IX. Notice to Nevada Residents
We do not sell your personal information as defined under Nevada law. Nonetheless, if you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain personal information to third parties. X. Important Notice to Non-U.S. Residents
Our Website and servers are operated and servers operated in the United States.
