Notice of Security Incident

Haydon Corporation is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the information we maintain. This notice is to inform our current and former participants in our health insurance plan of a recent data security incident that may have involved some of their information.

We recently concluded our investigation of a November 27, 2022 incident involving unauthorized access to our computer systems. We immediately took measures to secure our network, reported the incident to law enforcement, and began an investigation. Our investigation determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and taken certain files maintained for Human Resources purposes. Some of those files included current and former employee names, Social Security numbers, financial account number associated with direct deposit, and Haydon benefits enrollment information.

We are mailing letters to affected individuals and offering complimentary credit monitoring and identity theft protection services to affected individuals. If you believe you are affected by this incident and do not receive a letter by February 26, 2023, please call 888-477-4134 Monday through Friday, between 9AM – 9PM, Eastern Time

To help prevent a similar incident from occurring in the future, we have implemented additional measures to enhance the security of our network and continue to provide data security training to our employees.
